Terrible day

Suppose to be a great friday but end up two terrible things happen todays which related to government bodies.

1. PTPTN
my brother ask me to call up PTPTN to help him check on the outstanding loan. Guess what...i been call them from 10am - 5pm minus out their friday long hour lunch 12pm - 2.45pm. One whole day, their so called hotline is in engaged tone. oh my god...so efficient they are. End up, i write email to complaint that i couldnt call in their hotline for one whole day plus i purposely enlarge and make in red color word "Perkhidmatan PTPTN sangat sangat teruk"

I wonder what will their respond after read my complaint email.

2. KTM
KTM is another dissapoint as today KTM delay one hour when i going back home. When will KTM have improvement please?

All above is true fact.
